Video Preview Request Form

All preview videos are free and are full-length versions.

Previews are shipped at no charge via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. You may request up to 8 titles per order. These previews are full-length versions of each video program on VHS cassette. (Some previews are now available on DVD. Indicate your preference in the Additional Information field below. If previews are not yet available in DVD, you will receive the VHS format.)

Terms and Conditions: The free preview period is approximately 4 weeks. If you need to extend the return due date, simply give us a call or notify us by email and we will automatically extend your preview period. Customer agrees to cover return shipping of the preview videos to Customer Service University, 3104 Ushant Court, Wellington, FL 33414.

Phone Orders: If you prefer to place your preview order by phone, call us toll free 800-575-4001 or direct 561-575-4001. We are happy to process your preview request, make recommendations and respond to any questions. Video previews are shipped to USA destinations only. For International preview requests, please contact us by email.
