RETURN POLICY
DiSC/Inscape Products: Customer Service University is a distributor of learning products published by Inscape Publishing, Inc. Due to the sensitive nature of Inscape Publishing's copyrighted materials, Customer Service University abides by Inscape Publishing's return policy of no refunds, returns or exchanges. Inscape Publishing will replace materials with the same product version only when the materials are defective or there are problems in workmanship. All Inscape Publishing, Inc. products are copyrighted material and may not be copied, modified or reproduced. Video Programs: Unless the product is defective, producers have a no return policy. We suggest you preview before purchasing or renting video based programs. Previews are free! FREE PREVIEW POLICY Free Previews: Free previews of training videos are for purchase or rental consideration only and cannot be used for training purposes. Previews must be returned by the preview date indicated on the enclosed Tracking Slip or you may incur late fees. Preview time is approximately 4 weeks. If you need to extend your preview period, call us at 800-575-4001 or email us and we'll be happy to accommodate your request. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the previews. We suggest you return previews via a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc) so you can track package delivery.
